Bobby Raccoon drank a beer at the zoo Smoked a spliff in the park with a pigeon or two Took a sip from his soda Watched the cheetahs doing yoga Then shortly after dark Caught the bus at Irving park It was driven by a hawk The type that hate to talk Sat next to a dog That clearly loved punk rock Patches on his vest Dragon on his chest Said he really loves his life And that workers should unite He looked at his sandwich Took a huge bite a long pause Said we belong to one God put away his lunch And promptly left the bus Bobby got home Ate dinner and got stoned His roommate looked conflicted On the couch watching The Simpsons A vegan and a vixen With a nicotine addiction Her father was a fox smoked cigarettes a lot Old gray hat Drank wine with a stray cat Who was sleeping at the beach Had several chipped teeth The Bear that did construction Let him sweep up debris So the moles bet the crows He’d be drinking by three But walked away with half Thanks to the Giraffe Bought em a stiff drink They had good laugh Met an Old Dane Sold him some cocaine Caught a slow train Fast asleep as a stowaway
